Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
24                 Portabella   mushrooms 1 1/2   Tbsp   olive oil 1/4      tsp      black pepper freshly ground 6        oz       crab meat, drained  |    4     oz     shrimp (21 to 25), peeled and deveined 1/4   cup   Bleu cheese 1/4   cup   Mozzarella cheese shredded 1/4   tsp    minced garlic  |

Stuffed mushrooms make a great snack or appetizer
Procedure
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove stems from mushrooms, set aside
Finely chop stems
Mince shrimp and crab meat
In saucepan, add chopped stems, crabmeat, cheeses, shrimp, garlic, and olive oil
Heat on medium heat until cheese melts
Remove from heat and stuff mushroom caps
Place stuffed mushroom caps on baking sheet
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles
Remove and let rest for about 15 minutes before serving
